Job Description

The Regional Manager based in Sweden will oversee the day to day operations of the Nordics region and drive the sales force towards meeting its primary business objectives of long-term growth and profitability. This includes driving the strategic development of the company’s business in the local region, providing executive leadership and being responsible for the company's marketing, business development, sales, and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of business strategies in the region; adapt and enhance the company’s global and regional strategy to the local market conditions.
  • Direct the sales team. Ensure the development of efficient customer relationship management in the consumer and Pro AV channels.
  • Recruit, train, develop, supervise, and motivate employees within the region to ensure the company has a professional, experienced, skilled and motivated team capable of meeting the company's long-term objectives.
  • Manage the region P&L.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with other company. departments to ensure that cross-functional business processes are organized and performed efficiently and effectively.

Candidate Specification

  • Experience within B2B / B2C market.  Knowledge of the audio-visual market is desirable.
  • Experience gained at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong and demonstrable experience in all aspects of leading, managing and motivating a team.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and influencing skills. Quality and results focused
  • Ability to problem solve and find solutions.
  • Proven ability to work across broad territories and across cultures.
  • Assertive, engaging, communicative and confident personality.
  • Team player who is driven, adaptable and dynamic.
